Contributes to #9943

• Added doctests for topo()
• Fixed a bug in dijk() (was incorrectly iterating over dist instead of dist.items()) and corrected the doctest syntax
• Renamed floy() to floyd_warshall() and added a working doctest

This PR improves test coverage and code quality for core graph algorithms in graphs/basic_graphs.py.
